How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from the Netherlands within two to four working days. Within NL delivery is usually the next day after dispatch. Europe takes three to seven days, worldwide one to three weeks.
Are signed items really signed by Gian?
Yes. Every signed shirt and card is signed by hand by Gian himself, never printed. Signed items can take a few extra days when he is away at a tournament.
Can I return an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and you need your receipt or proof of purchase. Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, worldwide. Duties and taxes outside the EU are the customer's responsibility and are collected on delivery.
